The Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of Kannykoy Limited provides strategic leadership and overall direction for the company’s operations across civil engineering, construction management, project delivery, and strategic procurement, including defense and security supply solutions.
With extensive experience in infrastructure development and organizational leadership, the MD/CEO is responsible for setting corporate strategy, driving business growth, and ensuring the successful execution of projects in line with the company’s vision, mission, and core values. This role oversees stakeholder engagement with government institutions, private sector clients, development partners, and security agencies, ensuring compliance with regulatory, contractual, and quality standards.
Under the MD/CEO’s leadership, Kannykoy has strengthened its operational capacity, invested in modern equipment and digitalized processes, and built a culture of excellence, accountability, and innovation. The MD/CEO remains committed to delivering value-driven projects, fostering long-term partnerships, and contributing meaningfully to national infrastructure development and security objectives.

The General Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of Kannykoy Limited, ensuring efficient coordination across project execution, resource management, procurement, and administrative functions. This role serves as the operational backbone of the organization, translating strategic objectives into measurable performance outcomes.
With strong expertise in construction operations, project coordination, and organizational management, the General Manager ensures that projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with quality, health, safety, and environmental standards. The position also supervises technical teams, manages operational risks, and supports continuous improvement across all service lines.
Working closely with the Managing Director/CEO, the General Manager plays a critical role in optimizing processes, strengthening internal controls, and maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers—ensuring Kannykoy’s reputation for reliability, professionalism, and excellence is consistently upheld.
